At the time of this recording the flu is going around. I'm not going to dwell on that. But there is an opportunity for you. Because in order to stabilize the economy, the Federal Reserve has done something they have never ever done before during my lifetime. They have dropped the interest rates on loans to banks to zero, nothing. Nada. Which has a trickle down to you. What do I mean by that?

I was talking to our credit union today and they said to me, “Hey, Doc, the interest rates are HELOC, are 2.99% fixed with a 20-year amortization or 15-year amortization.” What!? That's like free money.

How could you go wrong at interest rates that have never in my lifetime ever been close to that? It will never go that way again. It can't go below zero with the Fed. So that we're down at the base, we're at 3% and change. This is your time to buy a house, to buy a property or to do what you need to do.
